Australian marketing content and communications services firm STW Group has appointed Brian Fine to the newly created role of Insights Chairman. He retains the role of MD of partner firm JD Power Australia and New Zealand.
Fine also becomes Chairman of STW’s Online Research Unit (ORU), which he himself established. He also founded STW’s research consultancy AMR Interactive in 1984, and was one of the first researchers to set up online panels in Australia in 1999. He is former chairman of AMSRS, former president of AMSRO, is a Fellow of AMSRS, and an Adjunct Professor at the UTS Faculty of Business.
The firm says the new appointment highlights the importance of accountability and measurement within its offering, and adds focus to its drive for new business and profile-building.
