In the US, online qual agency iModerate Research Technologies has appointed Adam Henderson as Senior Director of Moderating Services, responsible for the management, direction and ongoing development of the firm’s qualitative solutions. Henderson previously worked in the UK and US as a Qualitative Consultant with TNS in San Francisco and Edinburgh, and as a Researcher with McKinsey & Company in London. He has a BA in Behavioral Science from the University of Abertay Dundee, and an MA in Information Studies from the Aberdeen Business School. His background includes online research, focus groups, in-person interviews and telephone interviews, as well as utilizing direct and indirect techniques, including guided visualization, projective methods, ideation, ethnography and questionnaires. ‘Adam will be a valuable addition to the iModerate team,’ said Co-Founder Carl Rossow. ‘His expertise and research savvy will be of great benefit to all of our clients.’ Denver, Colorado-based iModerate was founded in 2004 and is online at www.imoderate.com .
