Reputation analysis firm Echo Research has named Ed Coke Global Sector Head of Financial and Professional Services, and Frank Gabbert as Vice President, Director of Healthcare. Tim Morley has also joined as Company Secretary and Group Finance Director. Coke has more than 15 years’ experience of marketing research across a broad range of sectors, both with agencies and in-house. Most recently he worked at Millward Brown UK as an Account Director. Gabbert has more than 25 years’ experience in market research, and more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare and pharma industry. He joins from Synovate, where he was Vice President, International Group, in the Pharmaceutical Sector, specialising in stakeholder research. In his new role, Morley will have direct responsibility for all of Echo's financial operations across its offices in the UK, US and France. He brings with him international experience of working in Dubai and opening new offices in Hong Kong and China. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer for International Operations at Publicis-owned Manning, Selvage and Lee.
