In the US, organizational psychology specialist the National Business Research Institute (NBRI) has promoted COO Dr. Ken West to replace current President and founder Dr. Jan Stringer, who is also Dr. West’s wife.
Dr. West has been a board member since 1990, in which time he has attempted to focus the organization on developing the firm's core capabilities.
In a 30-year career, he has co-founded and served on the board of a number of successful communications and technology corporations. Dr. Stringer founded NRBI in 1982, and the firm says she will work closely with her husband during the transition, as she prepares to take on new challenges inside the organization.
Dr. West comments: ‘NBRI is dedicated exclusively to the business of survey research. We can determine which variables drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Because we do one thing and do it well, clients make the greatest strides forward when they call upon us.’
