Online research and panels specialist GMI (Global Market Insite) has appointed Sean O’Neill, Joel Rosenberger and Dave Sampson in three leadership positions reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Luis Salazar.
Salazar says that these three appointments will strengthen the company’s recently launched GMI X vision, a program of enhancements to its sampling and quality technologies.
As Vice President of Product and Program Management, O’Neill is responsible for developing the firm’s next-generation product strategy, pricing and feature roadmap. He most recently served as SVP for Product Development at consumer rewards incentive platform, uTANGO. Before this, he spent seven years at Amazon.com leading initiatives for customer satisfaction and reputation feedback.
Rosenberger joins as Vice President of Engineering, responsible for leading the product development team. He also joins from Amazon.com, where he served as General Manager for Simple Queue Service. Prior to this, he held technical leadership positions at Microsoft, TransLink Software and Attachmate Corporation.
Sampson takes the new role ofVice President, Demand Generation and Customer Experience, and is responsible for the global coordination and execution of GMI’s marketing strategies, as well as panel acquisition, retention and panelist lifetime value. He was previously VP of Marketing for Sampa Corporation, a social network service. Before that, he led marketing for MixMeister Technology, and served in technology and marketing roles at NetManage and Ultrazone.
‘The backgrounds that Sean, Joel and Dave bring to GMI will help us deliver on the technology initiatives that fulfill the promise of the GMI X vision,’ explains Salazar.
