In the UK, data collection and respondent recruitment firm FML has appointed Keirone Capstack as Telephone Unit Manager, to head up its new 30 station CATI unit. London-based FML offers both qual and quant services across a broad range of sectors including automotive, B2B, consumer, leisure/travel, financial services, IT, telecoms and others. Capstack previously worked at RSM as Deputy Field Manager, prior to which he was Field Supervisor and then Evening and Weekend Manager at Continental Research. In his new role, he is responsible for the day-to-day running of FML’s telephone unit and for heading up the supervisory team.
