Michelle O’NeillGfK Custom Research North America has appointed former Harris Interactive Group President Michelle O’Neill as Managing Director of GfK Consumer. She will be based in the Chelsea Market office in New York.

She joins from Harris Interactive where she was responsible for FMCG, technology, automotive and the travel and media businesses, and contributed to the restructuring and repositioning of the firm. Prior to this, she was Director and Partner at Yankelovich, where she managed the Custom Strategic Division.

‘Michelle’s record in successfully organizing and growing business to deliver fact-based consulting to customers will further strengthen our value proposition to our clients,’ says Thomas Finkle, Chief Client Services Officer. ‘She is uniquely equipped with the skills needed to move not only the Consumer sector forward but our company as a whole.’
