Ipsos Interactive Services Hires P&G Exec

In the US, Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) has appointed former Procter & Gamble exec Dr Nancy Brigham as Vice President of Global Operations, North America Sample Access & Engagement.

IIS offers panels covering all of the major North American, European and Latin American markets from its offices based in 11 cities around the globe.

Brigham joins following a 12-year career in Consumer & Market Research (CMK) at Procter & Gamble, where she was Senior Manager and Leader of Global Analytics & Research Systems. In that role, she was responsible for driving research strategy and solutions, including online data quality solutions.

Prior to this, Brigham was a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky, and Head Statistician at the Center for Prevention Research.

In her new role, she will collaborate with Ipsos' Client Services Teams to provide support on respondent access, engagement issues, data quality, and survey design best practices. She will also work closely with the newly established Ipsos Open Thinking Exchange to improve respondent engagement.
