Truth Makes Promotions to Prepare for Global Growth

UK-based insight consultancy Truth has promoted Senior Partners Neil Coburn to the position of Head of Global and Leanne Tomasevic to Head of UK, in advance of further overseas expansion planned for later in the year.

Truth - which was launched in 2007 by Andy Dexter, the former CEO of Incepta Marketing Intelligence - has a headcount of 40 and recently opened its first overseas office in New York (Strategic Truth Inc).

Tomasevic was Dexter's first partner when the firm was launched, and Coburn joined from Synovate later that year.

The firm is now preparing to open an office in Singapore in May, and further overseas offices are already in the pipeline.

'The US business is growing, we're opening in Asia, and we're planning to take Truth worldwide over the next couple of years,' Dexter explains. 'So we are looking to Neil to develop and co-ordinate the business across all our markets, while Leanne is a natural choice to take the agency forward in the UK.'

Coburn says his focus will be as much about creating a sustainable, long term, international business and a 'great place to work', as it will be about continuing Truth's short-term success.

Truth recently scooped the MRS top award for Best Agency 2010, and two years earlier won the Best Newcomer award.
