M3 Global Relocates in London, Opens in Princeton

Healthcare specialist M3 Global Research has relocated its UK focus group facility to Hammersmith, London, and opened an office in Princeton, New Jersey.

Craig OverpeckM3 Global Research is the market research division of Tokyo-based M3 Inc - a SONY company which operates a proprietary healthcare professional panel of 1.3 million respondents across more than 60 countries.

The global research division - which was created through the integration of MDLinx in the US, EMS Research in Europe, and M3 companies across Asia - offers quant and qual fieldwork and omnibus surveys.

Its new London operation has three viewing rooms equipped with SONY high definition capture and broadcast capabilities, as well as two interview rooms for smaller groups. The studios are also fitted with FocusVision equipment to enable employees around the world to receive real-time webstreaming of research in progress.

As part of the studio relocation, the London-based call centre and pan-European project management offices have also been expanded.

'We upgraded the studios so our clients can have the best in class research experience, utilizing the latest technology to capture all the sights and sounds of qualitative research in a very comfortable studio or abroad,' states EMS MD Neil Jarvis.

CEO Craig Overpeck (pictured) says the majority of the firm's US clients are based in the area of the northeastern USA which will be served by the new Princeton office. Twenty new members of staff have been appointed to work in the office.
