Kadence Expands London CATI Unit

Research firm Kadence International has increased the size of the CATI facility at its London HQ from 50 to 75 stations.

Simon EverardWith its international network of offices in the USA, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and China, as well as its operations in the UK, Kadence uses CATI to collect data from wide and culturally varying geographical areas.

Global Chairman Simon Everard says the expansion comes at a time when most other research agencies are reducing and closing down facilities for other research methods and moving things online.

'We are aware that our decision to increase the number of CATI stations in the UK appears to buck the trend towards more online or panel orientated research methods. It is our belief, however, that CATI continues to be a successful method for capturing quality data in the harder to reach markets and sectors,' Everard adds.
