Kantar Media Hires New Swiss MD
Kantar has today announced the appointment of Matthias Hartl as Managing Director of Kantar Media Audiences Switzerland, based in Bern and reporting to Regional Director Eitan Kassif.
 Hartl joins from a career in the public, IT, telecoms and energy sectors. He will take charge of an office tasked with delivering the recently won Swiss Television Audience measurement contract, which starts in January 2013 and lasts until at least December 2018. The new measurement service will use Kantar's PeopleMeter and VirtualMeter technology to record television viewing habits both traditional and online.
