Toluna Adds In-depth Survey Capability to Mobile App

Panel and research technology provider Toluna has updated its mobile app to enable members of its research community to participate in in-depth 'traditional' surveys.

The app for iPad and iPhone, which was launched in January, allows panellists to participate in Toluna's DIY QuickSurveys directly through their mobile devices. Through the latest version, members can use their mobiles to ask and answer questions containing images, and then publish those Q&As on social networks.

Global Chief Strategy Officer George Terhanian (pictured), who is also Toluna's North America President, comments: 'It is difficult to overstate the importance of interviewing on-the-go respondents through their mobile phones. It is the best and, at times, only way to understand their opinions, attitudes and behaviours.'

Toluna's iPad and iPhone app is available in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish, while the Android version is available in English.
