eDigitalResearch Boosts Team with Nine New Hires

Hampshire, UK-based eDigitalResearch has hired nine members of staff, including five in the Insight team and three in the Technical Delivery team.

Founded by Michelle Fuller and Chris Russell in 1999, the company offers a range of solutions including customer experience management, voice of the customer feedback, and multichannel consumer insight.

Among the nine, former Research Manager Shaun Smith re-joins in the newly created role of Product Manager after a stint as an AD at Marketing Sciences Unlimited, while Julie Denham joins as Finance Assistant in the Support team.

New staff in the Insight team include Genevieve Groom, who joins as Associate Director, overseeing a number of key clients, and the launch and on-going management of international consumer panels. For the past five years, she worked at the Office of National Statistics. Alongside Genevieve, Leigh-Ann Harris joins as Research Analyst, having previously worked for FEM Research Consultants in South Africa; and Tyren Cooper and Debbie Gomez join as graduate Research Executives. Separately, David Sloan, Eric Serrano, and Shamil Nunhuck have become Developers in the Technical Delivery team, where they will work closely with the Insight team to deliver Voice of the Customer (VoC) programmes for clients.
