Five Join Fast-Growing eDigital

UK-based Voice of the Customer specialist eDigitalResearch has strengthened its technical and insight teams with five new hires - including Liz Boffey as a Research Director - and four promotions.

The firm, whose insight team now boasts sixty-seven members, offers VoC feedback and real-time Customer Experience Management via SaaS technology, with services including online panels and communities.

Boffey will work in the panels and communities unit, as well as joining the senior management team, and brings fifteen years' client-side experience from Birdseye, Pepsico and Walt Disney.

Radoslaw Kurowski and Agnieszka Tambor-Florek join the Technical Operations team, providing bespoke SaaS insight solutions; while Sian O'Neil joins as Marketing Executive and Steve Loton as a Designer.

Sarah Leaners, who joined the company in 2011, is promoted to AD for Finance, leading a team of seven; Lisa Williams and Kat Watters become Senior Research Managers; and Jenny Hilton a Research Manager.
