Research Now to Launch Template-Based DIY Survey Suite

Digital data collection specialist Research Now is preparing to roll out an automated, template-based suite of survey solutions for those with limited budgets.

Melanie CourtrightThe templates, which Research Now says are designed to minimize the impact of time lost in field and reporting, are based on common study types including concept testing, attitude and usage, brand health, employee culture, creative testing, share of wallet and customer satisfaction. Clients of the new solution will have access to insights from the firm's panel respondents, as well as access to its client support personnel. In addition, users can tap into a library of 'ready-to-go' surveys, and receive results through an online dashboard.

Melanie Courtright (pictured), EVP Products and Client Services, comments on the new solution: 'Over time, we've observed that survey and study requests on common research topics are often very uniform across studies and between customers and the results are easily interpreted directly from the survey data. Using feedback from key clients, we've developed a solution to address their major pain points - lack of speed and high cost with traditional studies. This suite will allow researchers to get surveys in field faster with quality, reliable reporting in real-time, and enable business decisions in a matter of days, not weeks'.
