Data-Driven Marketing Firm Ansira Changes Hands
Private equity investor Advent International is to acquire a majority stake in Ansira Partners, a data-driven marketing solutions provider whose offer includes customer and business intelligence, segmentation and modelling.
The seller is KRG Capital Partners, and the company's management will continue in place, retaining a substantial stake of its own. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
Ansira was formed from predecessor company RAZOR Digital when it was sold to NSI Marketing in 2010. KRG acquired it in 2012.
