New Director for Strive
London-based Strive Insight has appointed former Incite Marketing Planning exec Lucy Paxman as Client Director, with a remit to help grow the Financial Services practice. She also adds experience in the lifestyle and luxury goods sectors.
 Launched in 2015 by former Incite directors Paul Thomas and David Walker, and researcher Giuseppe Tonolini, Strive works for clients across the telecoms, technology, financial services, utilities, media, luxury and drink sectors.
Paxman (pictured) spent five years at Incite, serving as a Principal, conducting qual and quant research projects for clients in the tech, financial and OTC/healthcare sectors. Prior to this she was a Consultant for luxury brand specialist Ledbury Research, having begun her career at Synovate (previously Market Equity).
Commenting on the appointment, Walker said: 'Lucy is a real coup for Strive Insight as she brings with her great expertise in the financial services, eCommerce and alcoholic beverages sectors. We're looking forward to Lucy helping clients gain new value from their existing data resources and turning new insights into commercially focused marketing strategies'.
