Maru/Matchbox Promotes for COO Role

Research and advisory services provider MARU Group has promoted Demitry Estrin to the role of Chief Operating Officer of its tech and communities business Maru/Matchbox.

Maru/Matchbox was formed through the acquisition of Vision Critical's North American Research Consulting division early last year. Estrin joined Vision Critical in 2008 as the firm's MD, Financial Services, before moving to Maru/Matchbox, where he has overseen the establishment and growth of the Financial Service practice and the New York office. Earlier, he was SVP at Ipsos Loyalty; Global Client Feedback Program at Morgan Stanley; and a Project Manager at Marketing Metrics.

Commenting on the promotion, CEO Ged Parton said: 'Demitry is a systematic, highly organised and outcomes-based operator.
