Ten New Partners for Simon-Kucher

Bonn, Germany-based pricing and strategy consultancy Simon-Kucher & Partners has elected ten new Partners, adding to 104 already with that title.

Dr. Georg TackeThe company announced in February 2017 that it was aiming to double in size to 2,000 staff by 2023: it has added more than 200 since, and now boasts 38 offices worldwide.

The new partners include three in the US, who began their new roles this week: B2b specialist Adam Echter in Mountain View, CA; automotive sector consultant Peter Harms, in Boston; and Eddie Hartman, San Francisco, specializing in high-growth software and recurring revenue strategies. Around a quarter of all partners are States-based.

The other new partners are telecoms expert Nicolas Bence, in Santiago de Chile; Hans Munz in Barcelona, focusing on the internet & media, technology and automotive industries; Alix Nepveux in Paris, focused on online platforms, SaaS companies, and international retailers; Zurich-based Andree Radloff, working in the B2B industrial sector; Kornelia Reifenberg, in Bonn, with particular expertise in the logistics and transportation industry; Dr. Benjamin Wellstein, also in Bonn, specializing in optimizing retail banking portfolios and developing architectures for agile transformation projects; and in Tokyo, Kazuto Yamashiro, whose key areas include price and trade term optimization as well as sales efficiency improvement.

CEO Dr. Georg Tacke (pictured) says the new promotees 'represent the competencies we look for in our leaders: commitment to our clients, people development, and a proven track record'. He adds: 'The election of these new Partners is a testament to the ongoing success of the company and our excellent growth rate of more than 20 percent'.
