Maru/Blue Hires Panel Specialist Cornelia Haack
In Canada, respondent access specialist Maru/Blue has hired Cornelia Haack as Senior Vice President, Panels and Communities.
Maru/Blue was launched last year and provides access to 'deeply engaged, well-curated respondents' through its communities: Maru Voice Canada (formerly operating as the Angus Reid Forum), Maru Voice Business Canada, Springboard America, and Maru Voice UK, as well as the Maru Voice UK Omnibus.
Haack (pictured) joins the firm's Vancouver office with more than fifteen years' panel management and insight communities experience. For the past six years, she has worked at online community and survey tech provider Toluna; latterly as VP, Digital Services for North America and Europe, and previously as Director, Community Panel Management (Global). While at the company, she was responsible for more than 100 communities and she managed a large global panel and community management team. Earlier, she was AVP of the Social Media Exchange at Ipsos, where she had previously served as Senior Research Manager, Interactive Customer Panels; and she worked client-side as a Market Research Analyst at Chrysler.
In her new role, Haack will be responsible for managing and growing the company's market panels, while leading global development and best practice for insight communities at sister company Maru/Matchbox.
