Brown Named Confirmit Global CX Consulting Lead

In London, research software firm Confirmit has promoted Chris Brown to the role of Vice President, Global CX Consulting, leading a global team of customer experience (CX) experts who deliver CX consulting services to clients across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Chris BrownConfirmit offers a wide range of software products for feedback / data collection, panel management, data processing, analysis, and reporting. The company is headquartered in Oslo, with additional offices in Grimstad, London, Moscow, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Vancouver, and Yaroslavl.

Brown (pictured) has worked with the CX Consulting team since joining the company in 2012, during which time, he has worked in close partnership with many clients to design and develop their CX programmes. He previously co-founded full service research agency brownsauce, before which, he was EMEA Operations Director at J.D. Power and Associates, and Head of Operations at e-Satisfy. Earlier, he served as General Manager of Operations at Sofres, having previously worked at TNS as Telephone Centre Manager.

In his new role, Brown is tasked with ensuring the firm's CX consulting offering provides the guidance needed to help customers deliver CX programmes - aligning CX to employee experience to drive business and cultural change.
