WiseWorks Hires Directors in US and Germany

Canada-based online sample and research technology specialist WiseWorks has appointed former Dynata ops exec Todd Baughman as Director, Integration and Insights, based in the US; while former Kantar exec Peter Gaal joins in Germany as Director of Sales.

WiseWorks, which was founded in 2012, boasts proprietary specialty panels in more than 25 countries, focusing on B2B sample and harder to reach consumer segments like 'moms with babies', ethnic groups and specific ailments. As well as its headquarters in Toronto, the company has offices in Munich, New York, Singapore, New Delhi and Ahmedabad.

Baughman joins after a decade at Critical Mix and Dynata, latterly as VP / Director of Operations, having earlier spent eleven years at TNS NFO. Gaal spent the past more than ten years at Kantar (and previously Lightspeed / GMI), most recently as an Account Manager of Kantar's Profiles division, based in Germany. He began his career with online survey specialist Ciao.

In their new roles, Baughman is tasked with optimizing and expanding WiseWorks' digital integration offerings and insights platform, while Gaal will focus on expanding the company's presence in Europe.
