Phoenix Expands Health Team with Two Senior Hires

US research agency Phoenix Marketing International (PMI) has appointed Katy Palmer as Managing Director, Health, while Brad Perkins joins as Senior Vice President, Health.

Operating in all major industries, Phoenix uses technology, research techniques, and customized approaches to help clients build their brands, refine their communications, and optimize their customer experience. Palmer joins the Health team with more than twenty years' research, consulting, and executive management experience gained at Escalent (formerly Market Strategies International), where she latterly served as Chief Solutions Officer and Managing Director of Health. Earlier, she spent two years client-side at Eli Lilly. Perkins previously held senior roles at Quintiles Consulting, Escalent, and Harris Interactive, as well as sales and contracting experience with AstraZeneca.

In her new role, Palmer will lead the Health team, overseeing all aspects of the Phoenix MI Health practice, including their custom franchise and syndicated AdPi and Brand Effect offerings. As a member of Palmer's team, Perkins will design and oversee qual and quant research for health clients, and provide guidance for both in-development assets and in-market brands.
