QuestionPro Opens Office in Toronto

US-based online survey software provider QuestionPro has expanded to Canada by opening an office in Toronto, where Dan Jackson has been named Managing Director.

Austin, Texas-based QuestionPro offers a core technology platform covering surveys, customer experience and employee experience, with 'Workforce' focused on the last of these, and the firm also offer platforms for polling, mobile research, and data visualization. In addition to Toronto, and Austin, the firm has offices in Mexico, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and India.

Jackson (pictured) joins with more than a decade of research and business development roles with companies including Vector Research, Q-Fi, the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association, and Insight Station, a research agency which he founded. In his new role, Jackson is tasked with expanding the breadth and depth of the firm's Canadian client base through a national team, dedicated to growth and customer service.
