Forsta Names Questback's Wylutzki-Boehme DACH MD

Forsta, the recently merged business of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision, has appointed former Questback exec Volker Wylutzki-Boehme as Managing Director and Head of Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Employee (VOE) Experiences in the DACH region.

The Forsta brand name was launched in April, following the merger of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision. Wylutzki-Boehme (pictured) joins from employee and customer experience management company Tivian (previously known as Questback), where he latterly served as Regional Sales Director for Central Europe (CEUR). Earlier at Questback, he was Director of Enterprise Sales CEUR, and Head of Enterprise Sales Germany.

Wylutzki-Boehme now covers Forsta's DACH region, comprising Austria, Germany, and Switzerland, from the Dësseldorf/Cologne area of Germany. Giles Whiting, COO and Head of the VOC/E business, comments: 'Volker is a great addition to our senior leadership team, who brings years of significant VOC and VOE experience together with a deep knowledge of big data and data analytics that match perfectly with the solutions and services we bring to our clients.
