Schlesinger Unveils New Chat Solution QuantText

Data collection and research services provider Schlesinger Group has launched QuantText, a chat solution used to add a qualitative phase to quant research.

The solution is based on iModerate Chats, and is described as 'a straightforward, insights-driven approach that provides human depth and empathy alongside the existing quantitative precision... without adding time or complexity'. Users of QuantText are matched with a research manager for help in designing a discussion guide, and on completion of the survey, qualified participants are transferred programmatically to the QuantText platform, where Schlesinger's interviewers have (virtual) individual conversations with them, using a custom-built automation and analysis engine.

Tech developer iModerate was part of 20|20 Research when the latter was acquired by Schlesinger last year. 20|20 founder Isaac Rogers (pictured), who is now Schlesinger's CIO, comments: 'QuantText is a technology that should be in every researcher's toolkit.
