Forsta Adds Phebi's Voice Analysis to Platform

Forsta, the company formed through the merger of Confirmit, FocusVision and Dapresy, has announced a global partnership with London-based Phebi.AI, allowing clients to make use of Phebi's advanced voice analysis technology for qual and quant research on Forsta's end-to-end platform.

Zhana BalevaFormed in Spring of this year, Forsta offers a broad range of services from CX to feedback management, VoC and VoE, qual, quant and data visualization. Its new partner Phebi provides voice technology and research-based non-conscious analysis solutions, which combine speech recognition, AI and machine learning to understand the true sentiment behind people's voiced opinions. The firm's software applies behavioural science to detect and analyse emotions based on how people speak, with audio analysis for 24 distinct voice characteristics taking place every three seconds.

Users of Forsta's platform can now use voice analysis in qual tools such as video interviews and digital diaries, and in quant research via the inclusion of voice-enabled, open-ended survey questions. Phebi CEO Mike Page comments: 'Partnering with a leading experience and research technology company like Forsta is a critical step in our growth journey. The capabilities of Forsta's customer insights technology, coupled with our innovative analysis of people's nonconscious expression of emotion, will deliver best-in-class results for market research agencies and enterprise-side customers alike'.

Zhana Baleva (pictured), MD of Qualitative Business at Forsta, says Phebi's technology adds great value for Forsta customers, and enthuses: 'We are thrilled to begin a new and important partnership with Phebi, whose innovative technology further empowers insights professionals to understand the authentic human experiences of their customers and key stakeholders'.
