Swrve Enters China Market via MyGamez Partnership
US-based mobile segmentation and analytics specialist Swrve has partnered with Shanghai and Beijing-based mobile game publisher MyGamez to enter the China market.
Swrve offers a marketing and customer experience platform for mobile, web and TV, to help global enterprises connect with their mobile-first customers. The firm analyzes data from billions of touchpoints using industry specific algorithms and models which generate a score for each user interacting with a brand - whether on mobile, web or digital TV platforms. This 'churn propensity score' indicates how likely each user is to stop interacting with a particular app: and can be used alongside other behavior and signals to create and deliver targeted retention campaigns.
In partnership with MyGamez, global app studios and publishers can now engage with customers in China using Swrve's customer experience engine.
