Hires and New Data Science Centre for RealityMine

Manchester, UK-based mobile device monitoring specialist RealityMine is to launch a 'Centre of Excellence in Data Science', and has announced three new hires: Joel Ansbro in the Data Engineering team; Louis Ruston in the Apps team; and Mason Chee in the Data Products team.

Adam LeesRealityMine helps MR and media organisations monitor the real life behaviour of consumers on multiple devices across platforms, via 'RealityMeter' software which can be deployed across Android, iOS and desktop platforms; and a series of 'RealLife' data modules which support data-driven decisions by client firms.

The new Centre aims to 'enhance [the firm's] market leading position in iOS app / app measurement', continually improving the RealLife modules which include Events, Checkout, Profiles and Shopper. Six-year company veteran Adam Lees (pictured), currently Data Scientist Lead, will now also head up the Centre.

Ansbro, who is currently studying for a masters in Computer Science, will work on maintaining and improving the pipeline that delivers reports to customers; while Electronic Engineering graduate Ruston will focus specifically on iOS apps. Chee will work on processing and analysing data streams, and brings a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
