Suzy Adds Option for Remote Live Focus Groups

New York-based consumer insights platform Suzy has launched a service called Suzy Live Focus Groups, allowing researchers and marketers to run qual and quant research in one connected platform.

Avi SavarSuzy combines research tools with its own consumer network, to connect brands directly with their target audiences and re-target them for more detailed qualitative insights. The new Live Focus Groups tool allows researchers to conduct remote interviews with consumers, and use a group setting to explore concepts and gain a range of critical qualitative insights. The firm says the addition rounds out its Suzy Live offering, which currently provides in-depth interviews (IDIs) for one-on-one discussions, as well as in-home usage testing (IHUTS) for product testing.

Suzy Live also allows users to combine quant and qual methods in a closed insights loop through which they can test, learn, iterate, and repeat. The firm says users of the new solution can set up a project in as little as 72 hours, tap into Suzy's proprietary audience of screened and verified consumers, retarget audiences, and interview the same participants over and over. It can also be used to manage an entire focus group, with platform features such as a waiting room, floater capabilities and quant integration.
