Enero Group Buys GetIT and ROI DNA

Australian marcoms group Enero has acquired APAC-based B2B marketing agency GetIT, which offers a range of consulting and insights services including the DataLab data science initiative; and digital marketing services firm ROI DNA. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Brent ScrimshawGetIT's brand asset management (BAM) model helps clients gather internal and external insights to analyse and help position their identity, and to personalise messages. The company also delivers competitor insights, with detailed company profiles, and industry insights around politics, economics and technology. Its DataLab uses AI and machine learning to help clients develop data-driven, go-to-market and content strategies.

ROI DNA's offer includes attribution modelling, predictive analytics, A/B testing, and other insights and analysis, including digging through client data to reveal which channels are working and how well personalized campaigns are performing. Established just over a decade ago, the firm has more than 150 employees in North America.

Following the takeovers, both firms will join Enero's tech comms consultancy Hotwire, with GetIT launching Hotwire's owned office network across Asia, including in Singapore, India, Malaysia and Japan. The firms will continue to use their existing names, led by Matt Quirie, ROI DNA CEO, and Anol Bhattacharya, GetIT CEO, with both extended leadership teams continuing in their current roles. Enero Group CEO Brent Scrimshaw (pictured) comments: 'Adding sophisticated performance marketing capabilities in North America and APAC will create a global network of performance marketing expertise. This will unlock further opportunities for Hotwire to deepen their partnerships with some of the world's leading technology companies'.
