Canvs AI Launches 'Connector' for Forsta Platform

Text analytics specialist Canvs AI has launched a connector for the Forsta Survey platform, enabling users to import responses to open-ended questions, along with relevant cross-tab data, directly into Canvs for analysis.

New York-based Canvs uses a patented AI / machine learning platform to analyze open-ended text from surveys, customer reviews and social media, and resulting data can help understand how consumers feel, why they feel that way, and the business impact those feelings and behavior create for brands. Using the new connector requires no coding, and users with a Forsta Surveys / Decipher account can simply authenticate with their API credentials to establish the initial connection.

Once configured, users can select a Decipher survey to import into Canvs, with the ability to define which open- and closed-ended responses are made available for analysis. Connectors to both Decipher and Qualtrics are now available for all users of Canvs MRX - which uses AI to automatically classify and categorize open-ended responses, including measuring nuanced emotional expression - by selecting the import option within the Canvs MRX Uploader.
