MetrixLab Adds Rapid Pack Testing Tool

Insight firm MetrixLab has added a hybrid AI-powered tool called PACT Instant to its suite of packaging design testing solutions, promising in-depth evaluation of existing and new designs with results in as little as 48 hours.

A part of Tokyo-based Macromill Group, the company has offices in South Africa, China, Singapore, India, the UAE and Australia, and earlier this month opened a second UK office, in Manchester. Its solutions also include creative testing, brand tracking and e-commerce optimization.

The new tool's approach builds on the company's learnings from fifteen years of design testing, which allow for benchmarking of pack designs. PACT Instant, which has already been used by some of the firm's key clients, combines AI with guided human design expertise to provide a perspective on the power of the tested design.
