QuestionPro Acquires Survey Platform doopoll

Online survey and research services provider QuestionPro has acquired the assets of Cardiff, Wales-based survey creation platform doopoll, for an undisclosed sum.

Steve DimmickFounded in 2015, doopoll offers a multilingual real-time engagement solution for companies to capture opinions online, including open-ended feedback. The Great Big Lockdown Survey, launched by the Daily Mirror to capture what life was like during the Covid lockdown, used doopoll's solution to gather 22 million answers from more than 400,000 people during the course of 4.5 days.

As part of the deal, doopoll's service will be integrated into QuestionPro's research and experience management platform, which includes surveys, research and insights, customer experience (CX) and workforce/employee experience software. In addition, the acquisition will boost QuestionPro's physical presence in the UK - it is headquartered in Austin, Texas with offices across the US, Mexico, Europe, the UAE and India. Aseem Badshah, MD - UK, Canada, South Africa and Japan at QuestionPro, adds: 'The addition of doopoll to QuestionPro's existing enterprise-level suite of tools will offer customers even more and better ways to drive insights from customer research'.
