Kantar Public Names Two Population Studies Leaders

Kantar Public UK has appointed Vicky Petrie and Donna Phillips as Senior Directors in Population Studies.

Kantar Public, sold by Kantar to pan-European private equity firm Trilantic Europe last year, provides services to government and the public sector across all aspects of policy. The firm has offices across Europe, APAC and in the US, and is due to be rebranded later this year.

Petrie joins after nearly a decade at the Department of Education, latterly as Deputy Director, having earlier been Head of Research; before which she spent ten years at the Department for Work and Pensions as a Senior Researcher. Her social research expertise has supported the development of education, skills and children's social care policy. Phillips previously worked at the Office of The Children's Commissioner, leading on data and analytics. An experienced statistician, she has held a number of senior roles across government, including at Ofcom where she was Head of Statistics.
