Measure Protocol Names First Chief Revenue Officer

UK-based consumer intelligence technology company Measure Protocol has appointed Christie Hartbarger as its first Chief Revenue Officer. She is based in Chicago.

Founded in 2018 by four former YuMe and Crowd Science execs, the firm provides insight into how consumers use, interact, navigate and transact with business web sites, services and apps, while giving individuals greater control over how their data is accessed and used, and ensuring that they are fairly compensated for the information. In February, the firm added targeting capabilities which allow for specific surveys to be delivered to respondents based on their actual behaviour, including in-app purchasing.

Hartbarger (pictured) joins with a background in technology sales, recruiting and team leadership. She previously spent nearly six years as Managing Partner and VP Executive Recruiter at staffing and consulting company Strategy Sources. Earlier she was SVP Media Partnerships at purchase intelligence platform Cardlytics; VP Emerging Sales and Strategic Accounts at online video advertising firm YuMe; Director, Midwest Sales at CBS Interactive; and an Account Executive at Time Inc.

In her new role, Hartbarger will support the company's overall expansion goals, including the upcoming launch of its new SaaS platform; and as a member of the executive team will be expanding the US sales team and creating vertical client teams for new and existing customers.
