Dutch Acquisitions for Frankfurt's moveXM

German CX management software company moveXM has announced the acquisition of two Dutch SaaS sister companies specializing in customer and employee feedback and customer review software - Feeddex BV and 5-Star Specialist BV.

moveXM helps client companies measure, analyze and improve experience along the entire customer journey. It was founded in 1995, is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and has around 70 employees. The Feeddex Group was founded in 2001 and offers software for customer and employee research, including a multilingual application backed by an in-house development team. Sister company 5-Star Specialist BV offers tailor-made feedback and reputation management tools designed to elevate customer and employee experiences.

The buys, for which terms were not disclosed, were facilitated by investor Pride Capital Partners. The combined company boasts expanded product and service offerings, targeting a broader range of customer segments and needs, and will provide synergies in administrative and corporate structures, as well as long-term benefits in product development and market positioning.
