Procurement Intell Specialist Spend Matters Sold
GenAI strategy consultancy The Hackett Group has completed the acquisition of procurement and supply chain market intelligence specialist Spend Matters, for an undisclosed sum.
The Hackett Group has developed two platforms, AI XPLR and ZBrain, promising to help clients realize the potential of AI in everything from 'ideation through implementation'. Spend Matters was founded in 2004 and provides insights, analysis and solutions that help organizations optimize their procurement processes.
