Procurement Intell Specialist Spend Matters Sold

GenAI strategy consultancy The Hackett Group has completed the acquisition of procurement and supply chain market intelligence specialist Spend Matters, for an undisclosed sum.

Spend Matters was founded in 2004 and provides insights, analysis and solutions that help organizations optimize their procurement processes. The firm is led by Carina Kuhl (pictured), who will now head up a combined market intelligence practice at Hackett, and comments, 'We're thrilled to join The Hackett Group...
