Independence and New Name for BVA BDRC Aus
The Australian operations of BVA BDRC are separating from parent company The BVA Family, returning to independence and rebranding as Custology Insights.
The new name is a combination of customer insight and human psychology. Custology will offer clients help with value proposition alignment; innovation and testing; and CX strategy. The company is a member of The Transformation Initiative (TTI) group of brands (www.the-transformation-initiative.com ), and combined traditional market research techniques with innovative approaches 'inspired by' its collaboration with TTI.
Products include Market Pulse, a syndicated benchmarking study measuring performance and customer behaviour in Australian Retail banking; and Pulse Check, which works with the principles of 'energetic governance', allowing businesses to identify and tap into their 'unique energetic blueprint'.
