The Australian operations of BVA BDRC are separating from parent company The BVA Family, returning to independence and rebranding as Custology Insights.The new name is a combination of customer insight and human psychology. Custology will offer clients help with value proposition alignment; innovation and testing; and CX strategy. The company is a member of The Transformation Initiative (TTI) group of brands (www.the-transformation-initiative.com ), and combined traditional market research techniques with innovative approaches 'inspired by' its collaboration with TTI.
Products include Market Pulse, a syndicated benchmarking study measuring performance and customer behaviour in Australian Retail banking; and Pulse Check, which works with the principles of 'energetic governance', allowing businesses to identify and tap into their 'unique energetic blueprint'.
