Potentia Partners for Sports Division Launch
British firm Potentia Insight has teamed up with Matt Roberts, previously insights leader at both Formula 1 and Formula E, to launch a sports division, Potentia Sports.
Potentia was formed in February 2023 by former Alligator Digital directors Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford. Its offer includes customer surveys, online panels and communities, and it also has an analytics division, based around SigDiff, which it acquired two years ago.
Roberts served as VP of Business Intelligence at Formula E, and as Global Insight and Analytics Director at Formula 1. Potentia says the division is being launched in response to growing demand for analytical expertise within the sports sector, helping organisations make the most of their data and tackle key commercial and operational challenges.
