Hassan and Clifford Launch Potentia Insight in London

February 23 2023

Former Alligator Digital directors Suzy Hassan and Colin Clifford have launched a digital market research agency called Potentia Insight, based in London.

Suzy Hassan and Colin CliffordHassan helped set up BVA BDRC's Alligator Digital in 2014, having spent the prior eight years at Toluna, where she latterly served as Client Relationship Director for Europe, and earlier roles at GfK and Harris Interactive. Clifford was previously Alligator Digital's Sales Director, after positions at Toluna, Cint, and Norstat.

Their new company, Potentia Insight, launches with a team of former Alligator Digital execs - Freddie Reeves, Nenos Jona, Chris Beeby, and Ramssena Youkhana - and promises a bespoke approach to each project, adding an 'expert consultative element' throughout the process. The company will offer a range of innovative and creative digital solutions, from market research and customer surveys to online panels and communities. Clifford, who serves as Commercial Director, explains that the team's philosophy centers on driving a strong culture, while building and maintaining 'exceptional relationships' with clients and partners.

Hassan, who is the new company's MD, adds: 'We are so excited to spearhead this brand-new agency. Drawing on experience from multiple agencies that all bring individual strengths into a heavily saturated market, we believe our expertise puts us a step ahead. Whilst Potentia Insight will use automation to ensure quick and efficient delivery, our focus will be the exceptional quality and client service delivered by our highly personable and experienced team.'
