New HG Insights AI Tool Plugs Account Info Gaps
In California, B2B data firm HG Insights has launched a product called Market Analyzer and Copilot, which it says 'reinvents how B2B tech vendors construct detailed market analysis and arrive at clear Go-to-Market decisions.'
HG provides b2b IT intent, spending and installation data for targeting and other purposes. Its flagship Revenue Growth Intelligence (RGI) solutions integrate and process a mass of diverse data points across sales, account and competitive intelligence - allowing clients to improve their GTM decisioning and execution. The company boasts 95% of Fortune 1000 B2B tech companies as its clients, and a month ago acquired TrustRadius, which provides buyer intelligence based on verified customer reviews.
The new product draws on the firm's RGI 'Fabric' of more than two billion intent records, 20 million companies and 200 million tech install and IT spend detections. This includes deep 'behind the firewall' customer data such as technographics and cloud usage, detected and added by advanced AI/ML technologies, according to HG. The Market Analyzer and Copilot combines conversational queries with machine learning to achieve granular market sizing, competitive analysis and insights, and precise ICPs definitions to help focus sales efforts on the right accounts. HG says Market Analyzer data overcomes the market delay and lack of account-level details typically offered by analyst reports or market surveys; and other features including interactive AI-assisted workspaces for different teams, pre-templated use cases, an ICP analysis module and data visualizations. Future versions will add propensity modelling, territory / account planning, expansion strategy, upsell / cross-sell strategy and churn prediction.
