In Santa Barbara, California, B2B go-to-market data firm HG Insights has announced the acquisition of TrustRadius, which provides buyer intelligence based on verified customer reviews.

HG provides b2b IT intent, spending and installation data for targeting and other purposes. Its flagship Revenue Growth Intelligence (RGI) solutions capture, integrate and process massive, diverse and granular data points across the separate domains of sales, account and competitive intelligence - allowing clients to improve their GTM decisioning and execution. The company boasts 95% of Fortune 1000 B2B tech companies as its clients.
TrustRadius operates a platform where buyers and vendors of B2B technology can find and share product information and user feedback. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas and includes Brett Hurt - founder of Bazaarvoice, Coremetrics and data.world - among its investors.
The buy brings HG's intent data and other market and account intelligence together with TrustRadius' verified B2B buyer insights, creating what the firms describe as 'a definitive GTM platform for B2B marketing, sales, strategy, and RevOps teams focused on driving efficient growth, especially in crowded markets.' Furthermore, the deal promises marketing teams access to authentic customer feedback to generate advocacy content for campaigns.
