New Name for Research Support Provider SyncScript
MR support firm SyncScript is rebranding as Sync Research Group, reflecting its expanded suite of services helping researchers across the full project lifecycle.
Launched nine years ago by Elizabeth Granahan and Meghan Surdenas, two former employees of Focus Forward, the company originally provided transcription and translation services, but has steadily broadened its offerings over the years to include participant recruitment, screener writing, fieldwork logistics and project management.
The changes include a new visual identity and refined messaging which emphasize the company's ongoing dedication to 'detail, responsiveness, and personal partnership.' Surdenhas comments: 'The new name, Sync Research Group, was chosen to more accurately represent the comprehensive scope of services and the deep integration our company provides to its clients.'
