The DRG Acquired by Experience Specialist Cortico-X

US company The DRG has announced a strategic merger with Cortico-X, an experience-led strategy and transformation consultancy. The insights and analytics firm will become a division of Cortico-X, but will retain its team and separate identity.

The DRG is headquartered in Brookfield, WI and was established some fifty years ago. It works for clients in healthcare, insurance, banking, financial services and consulting, helping them to stay customer-focused, build brands, refine products, and optimize market strategies.

The companies, who enjoy a 'strong existing relationship', say that by joining forces they will 'unite two essential sides of the same coin: deep expertise in customer experience transformation and the power to turn customer, brand, and employee insights into meaningful business outcomes.' The deal will expand their reach and deepen expertise across key verticals, particularly healthcare and financial services.
