US company The DRG has announced a strategic merger with Cortico-X, an experience-led strategy and transformation consultancy. The insights and analytics firm will become a division of Cortico-X, but will retain its team and separate identity. The DRG is headquartered in Brookfield, WI and was established some fifty years ago. It works for clients in healthcare, insurance, banking, financial services and consulting, helping them to stay customer-focused, build brands, refine products, and optimize market strategies.
The companies, who enjoy a 'strong existing relationship', say that by joining forces they will 'unite two essential sides of the same coin: deep expertise in customer experience transformation and the power to turn customer, brand, and employee insights into meaningful business outcomes.' The deal will expand their reach and deepen expertise across key verticals, particularly healthcare and financial services.
Sujay Saha, founder and President of New York-based Cortico-X, states, 'This merger marks a major step forward in how insights and strategy come together to serve the market. Organizations are overwhelmed with data but still struggle to act on it. Together with The DRG, we're changing that, connecting the dots between what customers say, what they need, and how brands deliver. It's about providing seamless, integrated intelligence that powers better decisions, faster, and with more confidence.'
Lanie Johnson (pictured centre), President and CEO of The DRG, comments: 'This partnership is a leap forward for our team and our clients. Joining forces with Cortico-X allows us to invest in innovation, expand our impact, and keep delivering the thoughtful, strategic insights our clients trust - now with greater speed and scale.'
The deal, for which financial terms were not disclosed, should complete in Q4 of this year. The firms are online at www.thedrg.com and www.cortico-x.com .
