Former Ascribe Chief Kieser Launches New Company

In the US, former Ascribe Chief Executive Rick Kieser has founded a new boutique advisory and innovation company called Elevanta.ai, offering advice on growth, M&A, funding and other aspects of business strategy.

Kieser was COO and then CEO at Cincinnati, OH-based verbatim analysis software firm Ascribe until its combination with Voxco a year ago, and has since worked as Chief Strategy Officer of the combined entity.

His new firm, Elevanta, promises 'perspective, partnership, and principled support,' all based on real-world experience leading companies through growth and exit, as well as operational pivots. Alongside CEO Kieser, the senior team includes MD Carla Reichelderfer and CIO Bill Scheper.

Kieser said on LinkedIn that the new firm 'combines real-world executive experience with AI-driven insights to transform strategy into measurable results... This new chapter builds on my journey leading Ascribe into a global SaaS leader in verbatim analytics and later serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Voxco.'
